Vacuum Valve Bag Filling Machine

PUDA DCS-FZK series Vacuum Valve Bag Filling Machine is designed to fill light and ultra fine powders (such as calcium stearate, carbon black, activated carbon, fumed silica and alumina, as well as fine graphite) into perforated porous valve bags.

The vacuum chamber and the feeder of this valve bag filler draw the product into the bag at uniform rates, providing excellent filling accuracy. It's designed for dusty environments, the equipment is euiped with connection points for dust collector.

Work Principle

The product enters into packing machine buffer hopper through star discharger. The vacuum packing machine fills product into bag
with help of negative pressure and mechanical auxiliary. Material is fed into the surge bin, at the same time the negative pressure
from the closed vacuum chamber helps to fill material into bag, and discharge the contained gas out from the bag. When reaching the
pre-set weight value, filling device and vacuum source is stopped, the vacuum chamber`s gate opens and the filled bag could be
taken off manually
