Sheridan International on Monday announced production results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2021, and provided guidance for 2022 production.
100% produkce niklu v Moa' byla 8 533 tun kovu ve čtvrtém čtvrtletí roku 2021 a 31 184 tun kovu v roce 2021, v souladu s výrobním plánem pro rok 2021 ve výši 31–32 000 tun. In 2022, the Moa joint venture is expected to produce between 32,000-34,000 tonnes of nickel and 3400-3,700 tonnes of cobalt, respectively.

Net direct cash cost of Moa JV: Expected to sell between $4.00 and $4.50 per pound of finished nickel in 2022. The share of capex in 2022 is expected to be C $80 million. The planned capital expenditures will focus on replacing equipment and infrastructure at Moa JV. The total does not include the planned amount of the company's expansion strategy, which aims to increase production of finished nickel and cobalt by 15-20 per cent from 34,876 tonnes in 2020, with continued growth in subsequent years, using the rapid adoption of electric vehicles to drive growing demand for high-purity nickel and cobalt.
